The Duplitec Kft. training center
To meet the needs of our state clients, we have created the training conditions required by law (38/2021. (II. 2.) Government Decree) for state organizations, we have the training permit issued by the HM KLH under the number 961-13\2022, which includes the authorization to conduct trainings for new types of devices.
has the necessary infrastructure, several years of experience in adult education, and experienced instructors who are recognized in the industry and use modern training methods.
The training center, in cooperation with the manufacturer, continuously develops and expands its training materials, ensuring the up-to-dateness of the trainings and the applicability of the knowledge base.
The state organizations (according to the law, the Hungarian Army, National Tax and Customs Authority, civilian national security services, Counter Terrorism Center, Parliamentary Guard, police forces, Military National Security Service, National Defense Service, disaster management organizations, penal institutions, and immigration authorities) are subject to the 307/2025. (X.9.) Government Decree on the operation of state unmanned aerial vehicles. The training specified in Annex 4 of this decree is the basis for the training of drone personnel in these organizations.
The Duplitec Kft. has also created the possibility for the training of drone pilots of these organizations on the use of various (not only those distributed by Duplitec) devices, on the specific characteristics of the given type (type trainings), and on operational applications. Our thematic programs are adjusted to the specific needs of the given maintenance organization in terms of content, form, and time.
The professional industrial and agricultural use of drones requires serious preparation, law-abiding behavior, and a commitment to safe operation from users.
To ensure these conditions, a broad legislative preparation process has been followed by a complex and only sufficiently acquired knowledge-based regulatory system that has been adopted and introduced in both international and domestic contexts. The uniform implementation and application of these conditions are continuously supervised by European and domestic authorities. These rules define and classify the nature of operations, their legal, technical, personal, training, organizational, and not least safety conditions, reducing the risks associated with these operations. Given that the industrial and agricultural use of drones is generally not carried out with the participation of users/operators with an aviation background - a serious need has arisen for the knowledge and proper application of rules and conditions related to so-called special operations.
Duplitec Kft., as a supplier of the necessary equipment for such operations, is interested in the efficient, economical, and safe operation of this equipment, the dissemination of knowledge necessary for operations, and the preparation of operators for their tasks.
To this end, it is expanding its training services (with the involvement of the most prepared external partners) in the field of special operations and the official authorization of permits.
Our trainings include the theoretical foundations of drone detection and counter systems, as well as security (autonomous) systems, the knowledge necessary for the operation and use of these systems, and we prepare our clients for the safe and proper operation of these systems.
